Parking enforcement is on a campagne to write illegal violation tickets at the waller/maple, maple/chester locations. After a arguement the officer hired is next door neighbor to send a friend of mine to the hospital in conjunction with whiteplains police. When i busted this person, he changed to this explaination, he hss the wrong glasses on, now why would an "officer" have the wrong glasses on for ticket writing ?
