If you are an organization that requires a professional debt collector, stay away.

I don't know why there isn't a zero star option.

This company is terrible. I have only corresponded with them through mail, because I respond to mailed letters with mailed letters.

My first letter from them said I ignored their previous message and that they had a right to assume the debt was legitimate. Wrong. I sent a letter asking for information to confirm this is legitimate. My new message said "we cannot attempt to help you resolve this balance if you don't contact us". I am pretty darn sure I contacted you. And I didn't get the information I requested either.

Even though I can't confirm whether I owe money or not because I haven't been given any information I can use to confirm this with the company they are collecting debt for, I will send it because this is just plain annoying.

Not having any online payment options or any real phone in service isn't great either.

Most people don't have great experiences with debt collectors, but I'm not broke and totally willing to pay money that I owe. Making it hard for someone to pay their debts, however, makes it a terrible business. Businesses: these tactics will not get you your money. They are generic and unhelpful.
